"Our carpets had spent two years being thoroughly abused as our new son had been introduced into the world. Everything had been dropped and trodden. To the carpets and we genuinely thought they would all have to be replaced. However, Adam visited for a consultation and he set out how they could be salvaged. He arrived a week in advance of the treatment and set out what needed to be done. We left him to it and went on holiday, with expectations not high. When we arrived back we were absolutely amazed. The carpets were literally like new. We still don’t know how he did it but he has transformed our house; we are no longer embarrassed to have people round now and he saved us the significant (and unnecessary) cost of replacement carpets.
